I am a consultant copy editor and have been in the field for more than two decades. I am familiar with most styles, including the APA, CMS, and AMA styles and have edited both academic books and journals. This work has included editing papers written by non-native English speakers. I have also been doing substantive editing for think tank reports, where I suggest changes to the structure of the paper.
